ライセンス
Sumiyomi は日本語読解・学習支援ツールとして個人利用できます。App Store Connect で別のカスタム契約が提示されない限り、Apple の 標準使用許諾契約も適用されます。
基本機能と Premium
テキスト解析、履歴・お気に入り・復習、ウィジェット、読み上げ、画像1枚の横書き・縦書き OCR は無料です。Premium は最大20ページの一括画像/PDF OCR と iCloud 同期を提供します。利用可能な内容は購入画面に表示されます。
自動更新サブスクリプション
Premium は月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。購入確認時に Apple ID へ請求され、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り自動更新されます。更新料金は期間終了前24時間以内に請求されます。価格と通貨は購入画面に表示される App Store の情報が優先されます。無料トライアルはありません。購入の復元、管理、解約は App Store のサブスクリプション設定から行えます。
既存ユーザーの権利
最初のサブスクリプション版より前に Sumiyomi を取得した対象ユーザーは、一括/PDF OCR などのローカル Premium 機能と iCloud 同期を追加料金なしで引き続き利用できます。この権利に将来の従量制 AI、外部 API、または継続的な開発者サーバー費用が発生する機能は含まれません。
OCR とユーザー文書
選択した画像、PDF、テキストの利用権限についてはユーザーが責任を負います。OCR 結果は印刷品質、レイアウト、文字種により誤る場合があるため、利用・共有前に必ず校正してください。App は入力文書の所有権を主張しません。
iCloud とデータ
iCloud 同期は Apple のサービスとユーザー自身の iCloud アカウントを利用します。ネットワーク、容量、アカウント状態などにより同期が遅延または利用できない場合があります。データの取り扱いは プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
変更とお問い合わせ

Terms of Use
License
You may use Sumiyomi as a personal Japanese reading and study tool. Unless a custom agreement is presented in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Free Features and Premium
Text processing, history, favorites, review, widgets, speech, and all single-image horizontal and vertical OCR remain free. Premium provides batch image/PDF OCR for up to 20 pages and iCloud sync. The purchase screen lists the currently included features.
Auto-Renewable Subscription
Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. The App Store price and currency shown on the purchase screen control. No free trial is offered. You can restore, manage, or cancel through your App Store subscription settings.
Existing User Access
Eligible users who obtained Sumiyomi before its first subscription build retain access without an added subscription to local Premium features, including batch/PDF OCR, and iCloud sync. This access does not include future metered AI, external API, or other features that create ongoing developer-operated server costs.
OCR and Your Documents
You are responsible for having the right to process the images, PDFs, and text you select. OCR may be inaccurate because of print quality, layout, or character style; review results before relying on or sharing them. The app does not claim ownership of your documents.
iCloud and Data
iCloud sync relies on Apple's services and your iCloud account. Sync may be delayed or unavailable because of network, storage, or account conditions. See the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

自动续期订阅
Premium 提供月度或年度自动续期订阅。确认购买时向 Apple ID 扣款；除非在当前周期结束至少24小时前取消，否则会自动续订，并在周期结束前24小时内扣除续费。价格和币种以购买页面显示的 App Store 信息为准。首发不提供免费试用。可在 App Store 订阅设置中恢复、管理或取消。
老用户权益
在首个订阅版本之前获得 Sumiyomi 的符合条件用户，无需另行订阅即可继续使用包括批量/PDF OCR 在内的本地 Premium 功能与 iCloud 同步。该权益不包括未来产生持续开发者服务器成本的按量 AI、外部 API 或类似功能。
OCR 与用户文档
你需要确保自己有权处理所选的图片、PDF 与文本。OCR 结果可能受印刷质量、版面和字体影响而出错，请在依赖或分享前校对。App 不会主张拥有你的文档。
iCloud 与数据
iCloud 同步依赖 Apple 服务及你的 iCloud 账户，可能因网络、容量或账户状态延迟或不可用。数据处理详情请查看隐私政策。
