プライバシーポリシー
はじめに
墨読み（Sumiyomi）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、保護することをお約束します。 本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
端末上での処理
通常の利用では、入力したテキストや画像が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- テキスト解析は端末上で行われます。
- OCR は Apple の端末内フレームワークを利用して処理されます。
- アナリティクス、広告、トラッキングツールは使用していません。
- アカウント登録は不要です。
フィードバックの送信
設定の「フィードバックを送信」からユーザーが送信ボタンを押した場合に限り、入力したメッセージ、 任意の返信用メールアドレス、App のバージョンとビルド番号、iOS のバージョン、端末モデル、 地域設定、データ状態の概要が開発者のサーバーへ送信されます。
この情報は、問い合わせへの返信、不具合の調査、App の改善にのみ使用し、広告やトラッキングには使用しません。 サーバーのフィードバックデータベースにあるコピーは送信から 180 日後に自動削除されます。 新着通知のため、同じ内容がサポート用メールボックスにも送信され、返信や不具合調査に必要な期間のみ 保存されます。フィードバックデータベースには IP アドレスや User-Agent を保存しません。ただし、不正利用防止とサービス運用のため、サーバー基盤が IP アドレスを含む一時的なセキュリティログを処理する場合があります。
データの保存と iCloud 同期
履歴、お気に入り単語、学習関連データは端末内に保存されます。iCloud 同期を有効にした場合、 これらのデータはユーザー自身のプライベート iCloud に保存され、同じ iCloud アカウントの iPhone / iPad 間で同期されます。Sumiyomi の開発者や第三者と共有されることはありません。
第三者へのデータ共有
フィードバックを販売したり、広告目的で第三者へ提供したりすることはありません。 サービス運用に必要な範囲で、契約しているサーバー基盤事業者およびメールサービス事業者がデータを処理する場合があります。
写真・スクリーンショット
画像テキスト認識や共有カード保存などの機能では、ユーザーが選択した画像を端末上で処理します。 認識対象の画像やテキストが Sumiyomi のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
お子様のプライバシー
フィードバックの送信は任意です。お子様は個人情報を入力せず、必要に応じて保護者と一緒に利用してください。
変更について
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、本ページにて通知いたします。

Introduction
Sumiyomi (墨読み) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled within the app.
On-Device Processing
During normal use, text and images you provide are not sent to a developer-operated server.
- Text processing is performed on your device.
- OCR is processed with Apple's on-device frameworks.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.
- No account registration is required.
Sending Feedback
Only when you tap Send in the optional Send Feedback form, Sumiyomi sends your message, an optional reply email address, the app version and build, iOS version, device model, locale, and a summary of the app's data status to the developer-operated server.
We use this information only to reply, investigate problems, and improve the app. It is not used for advertising or tracking. The copy in the server feedback database is automatically deleted 180 days after submission. The same content is sent to the support mailbox as a new-feedback notification and retained only as long as needed to reply or investigate. The feedback database does not store IP addresses or User-Agent headers. Server infrastructure may temporarily process security logs containing an IP address to prevent abuse and operate the service.
Data Storage and iCloud Sync
History, favorite words, and learning-related data are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, this data is stored in your private iCloud and synced across devices signed into the same iCloud account. It is not shared with Sumiyomi's developer or third parties.
Third-Party Processing
We do not sell feedback or provide it to third parties for advertising. Our contracted server infrastructure and email service providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.
Photos and Screenshots
When you use image text recognition or save share cards, selected images are processed on device. Recognized images and text are not sent to a Sumiyomi server.
Children's Privacy
Sending feedback is optional. Children should avoid entering personal information and use the feature with a parent or guardian when appropriate.
Changes
This policy may be updated as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.

设备端处理

数据保存与 iCloud 同步
历史记录、收藏单词和学习相关数据会保存在设备本地。如果开启 iCloud 同步， 这些数据会存储在用户自己的私有 iCloud 中，并在同一 iCloud 账户登录的设备之间同步。 这些数据不会与 Sumiyomi 开发者或第三方共享。
第三方处理
我们不会出售反馈，也不会将其用于第三方广告。签约的服务器基础设施和邮件服务提供商可能仅在维持服务所需范围内处理数据。
照片与截图
使用图片文字识别或保存分享卡片时，用户选择的图片会在设备本地处理。 图片和识别出的文本不会发送到 Sumiyomi 的服务器。
